Refund Policy
At IVY Education, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
General Policy

Payments for tutoring sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice

Change of mind after a payment cycle begins

Lack of academic improvement (see Liability Waiver in Terms & Conditions)

Advanced Payments
If you have paid in advance for multiple sessions and wish to cancel before they are used, you may request a refund for the unused portion.
Refunds will be calculated based on the standard session rate ($80/session), minus any applicable processing or administrative fees (up to $15).
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Payment Provider Terms
All refunds are subject to the terms and processing times of our payment provider, Debit Success. Transaction fees may be non-refundable depending on their policy.
