Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in tutoring services with IVY Education, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all students (and their parent/guardian if under 18) who submit a completed registration form and commence tutoring.

1. Enrolment & Student Information

  • All personal and academic details provided in the New Student Registration & Consent Form must be complete and accurate.

  • Any changes to contact or billing information must be communicated promptly.

2. Payment terms

  • Tutoring sessions are billed at $80 per session, payable in advance.

  • Payment frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) must be selected during onboarding and adhered to.

  • Payments are processed via Debit Success using your nominated bank account or credit/debit card.

  • You authorizs Debit Success to debit your account as per the agreed payment schedule.

  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the due date.

  • Failed payment fees may apply, as per Debit Success’s terms.

 

Note: You must read and agree to the Debit Success Terms & Conditions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling policy

  • Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Regular attendance is expected to maintain progress.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students must:

    • Arrive on time for sessions.

    • Complete assigned work.

    • Show respect toward tutors and the learning environment.

  • Repeated disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Liability Waiver

  • IVY Education will make every reasonable effort to support academic progress.

  • However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or exam results.

  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from academic performance or use of tutoring materials.

6. Privacy & Data Security

  • Personal and payment details are securely stored and used solely for delivering tutoring services and processing payments.

  • Data may be shared with third-party providers (such as Debit Success) only for payment processing.

  • For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Services

  • This agreement remains in effect until the payment contract is completed or either party cancels the agreement with proper notice.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services due to non-payment or violation of these terms.

8. Consent & Acknowledgment

By submitting the onboarding form and/or signing the agreement, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined above.

  • You consent to the processing of your data as outlined.

  • If under 18, the parent/guardian provides full consent on behalf of the student.
